Refund and Returns Policy

We accept returns on products. Customers have the right to request the return within 14 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Cancellation

We accept the cancellation of the order before the product is shipped or product. If the order is canceled, you will be fully refunded. We can not cancel the order if the product is already shipped.

 

Return

Return shipping costs are paid by the buyers. After receiving your information packages for reference and tracking number, we will refund your money in your account in 2-7 business days.

 

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email informing you that we have received your returned item. We also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or to your original payment method, within a given period.

 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and we will let you know the address to return.
